PERSONAL TRAINING: If you've ever trained in a conventional health club or gym, you know how distracting your environment can be. Weights bang. Music blares. Spandex flashes in the background. Even in a home gym, interruptions can be unavoidable.

Pink Island Fitness believes that every second of your workout must be carefully orchestrated and executed by a certified personal trainer, and that a private environment is essential for effective communication between you and your trainer.

At Pink Island Fitness Private Studio, you don't compete with anyone for my complete attention, or for the use of top-of-the-line equipment. Instead, you'll find it surprisingly easy to focus on yourself and take control of your body. With sessions at $75 there's no more excuses not to get started!
PILATES is a system of exercises designed by the late Joseph Pilates in the 1920's. This method, originally called "Contrology" by Pilates himself focused on controlled movements with specific breathing patterns, the focus of the method being on sequencing movement through the body utilizing the "powerhouse". The "powerhouse" according to Joseph Pilates consisted of the muscles of the inner thigh, buttocks, and abdominals.

Your program will consist of comprehensive sessions, tailored to your individual needs, abilities, and goals. Pilates will address injuries, imbalances, pain, and tightness, as well as any aesthetic concerns. Private sessions average about $75 and done on the Reformer, Cadillac and/or Mat.

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING: We design a specially formatted nutritional guide arranged distinctly for you. We determine which foods will best help you achieve your desired goals. We'll incorporate your test results with your height, weight, and body fat percentage as well your lifestyle.

We take everything into consideration to better comply with your needs.You’ll soon realize why you felt sluggish, or drained of energy, and will see and feel results in as quickly as two weeks!

Nutrition is the building block of our bodies. We'll teach you to have a solid foundation, and rest assured, you won't look at food the same way again!

Each individual will receive their own nutritional guide geared towards their lifestyle and goals. Nutritional counseling is for one-on-one programs only. Additional nutritional workshops and lectures are available soon for a nominal fee.
PERSONAL TRAINING CONSULTATION: The first step towards your new beginning! Each individual will be assessed to evaluate and determine current physical fitness and decide on a workout program created specifically for them.

PILATES CONSULTATION: A must in order to evaluate postural imbalances, and learn proper form and Basic Principles. A solid foundation is crucial in order to advance and reap the wonderful benefits that Pilates has to offer.
